Next.Workout

Next Workout is a premium fitness app directly connected to Next.Move, a brand we created at yiskra studio. I had the opportunity to craft the entire brand from A to Z myself, and I’m incredibly grateful for that experience. Big thanks also to Nollie Studio for developing the app itself.

Concept

To create a connection with the existing NEXT.MOVE brand, we deconstructed its current symbol into individual parts, selecting the dot as the primary element for NEXT WORKOUT.

Our inspiration comes from kinesiology—the science of human or non-human body movement. Kinesiologists study movement patterns, motor skills, exercise physiology, and the mechanics of motion. They apply their expertise to areas like sports performance enhancement, rehabilitation, ergonomics, physical therapy, and exercise prescription.

By mapping individual points, we measure movement trajectories. The resulting curves represent this motion and serve as the main inspiration for the NEXT WORKOUT logo.
